Planned outline:

  1. Phlint, Inc. acts as publisher of record for the ISBN(s) assigned under your package.
  2. You retain copyright in your work. Royalty terms: to be defined by counsel.
  3. You grant Phlint, Inc. the publishing rights needed to act as publisher of record.
  4. ISBNs are not transferable and cannot be reassigned once registered.
  5. You confirm that you hold the rights to the content and that it meets the Content Eligibility Policy.
  6. Metadata corrections, disputes and termination: to be defined by counsel.
